PCOS Friendly Homemade Baked Salmon Sushi!!




I don't know about you loves but when i go out for sushi it gets a little expensive so i decided to make some yummy homemade sushi for dinner and surprise my fiance. He loved it and he even gave me a compliment saying that if he didn't know i made the sushi than he would have definitely thought a professional had made them. So here a pretty easy recipe for y'all.

Ingredient List:

Wild Salmon Fillet
Fresh ginger
Fresh garlic (i used 3 cloves)
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
Chilli infused sesame oil 

I went ahead and baked the Salmon for 45 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit or at least till it's flaky cause it depends on the thickness of the fillet.

Rice:
Sushi Rice
Salt
Pepper
Fresh garlic (I used a clove)
Rice wine vinegar

Other ingredients:
Avocado
Jalapenos
Soy sauce
Wasabi paste
Mayonnaise
Nori Sheets
Sriracha
