Asian Chicken Ramen Noodle Bowl

This is a very yummy dish and one of my faves to make cause i love myself some ramen noodles but not instant kind and also topped it with some very yummy chicken along with other toppings of choice. You can really get creative with this dish or keep it simple. I also was trying to a quick sauce which i drizzle on the eggs which I'm still working on trying to master so therefore i won't be sharing that however if you want me to share sauce recipe, just leave comments under this post and ill share the ingredients with you all.

List of Ingredients:
 Ramen noodles (I got mine from my local Asian store)

Chicken recipe:
Chicken thighs (I used 3 and cut them in about 1 inch cubes)
1/3 cup of  Hoisin sauce
3 tablespoon of dark Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of Spicy bean paste
Spring onions
That's all i used in the chicken, i didn't add any salt to it cause the sauces can be very sodium rich however the chicken was a tad bit salty so therefore i didn't add salt to any of my toppings i added with the Ramen, so once all mixed together you just this yummy bite of food.

2 cups of low sodium Vegetable broth
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of chilli sesame oil

Portobello mushrooms
Gai lan greens ( Chinese broccoli, Kai lan)
Fresh Jalapenos
Shanghai bok choy
Hard boiled Eggs

I just cooked noodles in the broth for about 2 minutes, i pretty much just followed the cooking instructions on the back of the package so it would absorb all the broth goodness. Now this doesn't have the texture of the instant ramen noodles which i love. Now to start with the yummy chicken, i started with about 3 tablespoons of olive oil and got it hot at medium high heat so when i dropped the marinated chicken into the pan it will sizzle and pretty much cooked till it was done then added the chopped spring onions and cooked maybe another 30 seconds and it was done.
