PCOS Friendly Vegan hearty Chilli



Nothing like a bowl of warm hearty chilli in this rainy/cold weather. So I decided to make some in the slow cooker as i got bunch of work done!
This recipe is super easy, oil free and absolutely delicious to make. If you don't own a slow cooker, you can also use a normal pot whilst you cook everything at a slow heat.

Ingredient list:
Two cans of black beans.
2 1/2 cup of frozen corn
32oz Crushed Tomatoes
28oz diced roasted Tomatoes
1 cup of lentil (I used organic Red lentils)
1 Tablespoon of Garlic powder
1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
1Teaspoon of Mustard
1/3 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1Tablespoon of Smoked Paprika
1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon of Cumin
Salt to taste ( i used pink Himalayan salt)
Fresh Cilantro for Garnish
Ripe Avocado to add some fat to the dish.
