PCOS Friendly Blueberry Power smoothie




I just wanted to quickly update my blog with this awesome smoothie recipe, it's super delicious and hits the spot for me cause i swear i always have like the worst sweet tooth.
This is dairy free recipe without any processed sugars.
Ingredient list:
3 Ripe bananas
1 cup of frozen organic Blueberries
1/3 of pitted organic Dates
1/2 cup of Almond milk
1/2 cup of water

Topping:
1/2 Cup of Organic Blackberries

Just pop all of them in a high speed blender and blend away!
