PCOS Friendly Homemade Vegan Pasta Sauce

This recipe is super easy to do, it's cruelty free pasta sauce without any butter,cream or meat. It's my go to spaghetti sauce that my meat eater fiance loves as well, I just got into a plant based lifestyle and has been about five weeks give or take and I've never felt better! I'll do a whole different blog post on what turned me towards a plant based lifestyle.
So lets continue with the recipe for such an easy dish that doesn't take a lot of effort or time to prepare.

Ingredient list:
28oz of diced Tomatoes
6oz of Tomato paste
1/2 pound of organic Kale
I used 2 Portabella mushroom sliced
1/2 medium sized white Onion finally chopped
3 cloves of Garlic
1/2 teaspoon of dried Rosemary
Himalayan salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon of good Olive oil
Freshly ground black Pepper
Pinch of Cayenne
